Complained to a woman named Kim who treated me like I was a criminal. I had ordered well done and lean spare ribs. What I got was 95% fat and 5% meat!!! I threw it in the garbage.
I was not going to get myself sick from that.
I GAVE THEM AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING.
